These are not the sassy, hyper terriers most people think of. These are called "shorties" due to their shorter legs and smaller size, but also a much more sweet, quiet disposition. Originally founded in Europe, to be carried in a pouch on a horse during the hunt, they were let out when the fox hounds got their prey into a hole too small to get into. I have been breeding dogs for over 30 years and have fallen in love with the temperament and health of the English golldendoodle. Several of my dogs have gone into 2 year service training programs for both the elderly and handicapped. My breeding program centers on disposition, health as well on no to low shed hybrids.
